I am Nicola Neave, the Director and Principal Consultant of Neave Coaching and Consulting.

For over 30 years, I have worked across social work, education, and leadership, supporting families, individuals, and organizations. I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with an MA in Leadership, and I bring a calm, trauma-informed approach to all my work.

My overwhelming belief is that everyone has a voice, and they have a right to be heard. My role is not to speak for people, but to coach, support, and encourage them to speak up for themselves. Speaking up is a skill, and it can feel intimidating. I help ease the discomfort, guilt, and doubt that come with advocacy, and I work alongside people to build confidence and clarity.

I am also a lifelong learner, committed to keeping current with legislation, social work practice, and leadership strategies.

At the heart of my work is the belief that every person deserves to be heard, regardless of income, ability, or circumstance. My business focuses on amplifying the voices of families in poverty, individuals experiencing homelessness, youth at risk, and children and adults with complex needs.

Whatever level of funding support is available, I will steward it wisely and direct it toward essential tools, outreach, and infrastructure, ensuring the greatest impact for the people I serve.
